Shipping & Replacement Policy

Shipping Time

We usually deliver watches within 2–3 working days after dispatch. The dispatch process typically takes 1–3 days. For prepaid orders, we use reliable courier services like Blue Dart, Anjani, Tirupati, DTDC, and more. However, for COD orders, we primarily use Blue Dart and Delhivery, depending on the courier service available in your delivery pin code.


Replacement Policy

Our business is built on trust and honesty, with customer satisfaction as our top priority. We guarantee 100% satisfaction on every order. Although we carefully inspect every item before dispatch, on rare occasions, a damaged or incorrect item may reach the customer. In such cases, we offer a 3-day replacement policy for any defects found in the product.

Replacement Process
To initiate a replacement:

  1. Make an unboxing video of the parcel from start to finish without any cuts or pauses. Ensure the defect is clearly shown in the video. Videos of already opened parcels will not be accepted.
  2. Inform us via call or WhatsApp at +91-9289805980 or email us at info@luxuryaura.in as soon as possible.
  3. We will arrange for a pickup of the return parcel.

Upon receiving the product:

  • If the issue is minor, we will attempt to repair the product.
  • If the issue is significant, we will ship a new product at no additional cost.

We aim to resolve issues within 2–3 days of receiving the returned product. If the original product is unavailable, we reserve the right to offer an alternative product.

Note: The 3-day replacement policy is valid only for defective items received at the time of delivery. Products used by the customer will not be eligible for replacement.


3-Day Return/Refund/Exchange Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality products at competitive prices. We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchase. However, we now accept returns, exchanges, and refunds under specific conditions.

If you are dissatisfied with the product due to reasons like color, size, or style, you may return or exchange it within 3 days of delivery. To process your request:

  1. Carefully return the product with proper packaging within 3 days.
  2. After receiving and inspecting the product, we will process your payment.

Refund Policy:

  • 75% of the item price (excluding the box price) will be refunded.
  • 25% of the amount will be deducted to cover shipping and packing charges.

Exchange Policy:

  • 75% of the watch amount will be credited for exchange.
  • All shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

For all returns, refunds, or exchanges, ensure the product and packaging are intact. Do not remove any packing materials from the chain or glass.


Important Notes for Returns/Refunds

  1. Refunds for COD payments may take 8–10 days, as COD amounts are received by us only after this period.
  2. Confirm with us before sending the product back.
  3. Courier charges for returns will be borne by the customer.
  4. The product must be unused, properly packed, and free from scratches or damages.

If any of the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to reject the return/refund request.
